Jerod Duran brings over 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience to every DSI review. He's spent decades in the field — installing, troubleshooting, and correcting systems — which gives him a practical eye for the issues that don't always show up on paper.
As a husband and father of three, Jerod built Duran Systems Integration on the same principles he lives by: integrity, honesty, and accountability. He understands that behind every set of plans is a real crew, a real schedule, and real money on the line.

This service focuses on cross-trade interaction, evaluating how systems work together across the full plan set. Reviews include detailed redlines and specific recommendations intended to support informed decisions before work reaches rough-in, reducing downstream rework and field friction.

For custom homes, major remodels, or projects with tight clearances, active delays, or high coordination risk, this service places Jerod Duran on site for an extended period to work directly alongside the build team.
This is not a one-time review. Jerod provides hands-on, in-process coordination, reviewing plans in real time, validating them against field conditions, and adjusting as the build evolves. Conflicts between trades are identified and resolved early—before they result in failed inspections, rework, or costly change orders.
